Is There a Balance Between Expansive and Compressive Forces in Olympic Lifting Shoes?

In an olympic lift, you see this wonderful balance of these expansive and compressive ideals. But when lifts push us there and intensify that position,. we can't have some negative things happen because we're just always compressing ourselves. It's easy to say, but we can be more susceptible to injury due to increase like pelvic tilts. A bad exercise is just a state of being unbalanced in respect to pushing them into the expansion on the way down or compression on the descent. Then they should be able to have an expansiveness through the spine and rop cage on that part of their body as well. So i've just been thinking about things in terms of what I think
