Building Habits and Routines

With the new year on us, i'm going to borrow some ideas from the larax here as i wander through these thoughts. Many of our goals often revolve around how we can bigger and bigger ourselves. With a d h d, we tend to gravitate towards routines once we find something that works. But we also tire of those routines when they don't offer enough novelty. And certainly no habits have lasted my entire life. Here's an idea: We can just keep a fun corps routine where we switch parts out every season. I wear clothes like you do in many seasons but with different clothes depending on the weather. So does this series has been entitled how to do hard things so
