Omega 3 in Fish Is a Healthy Fat So What's the Difference?
Salmon has more omega 3 than you might find in beef but overall there's a lot of fat in that salmon. Salmon is nothing like vegetables or beans or something like that if a person goes to a plant based diet the omega 3 sources some of them are really quite subtle and surprising. green leafy vegetables spinach or broccoli or asparagus have maybe six seven eight percent of their calories are fat, about half of those are from omega 3.
