On the whole, I think all entrepreneurs and investors have similar goals and are looking at their regional landscapes. For each place, you've kind of got a hotspot for or some places you have a hotspot of innovation around specific thing. And that's the community side, right? That's cut you end up creating a community around a specific industry or concept. Singapore is a significant place when it comes to attracting funds and attracting capital. It's got a lot of credentials that and a lot of work going into kind of more creativity and more kind of fun management and things here. So we're on that journey now, that is happening.
