Stoicism is vilified in some circles, but i think that's a mistake. I mean the sense of being able to put your emotions the side and deal with the situation. The same and habituation to gomode are common in all people. So then people come to such a person and say, a, i worry about thes somewhar about than tha. Person will listen, and just their presence often is enough to be a relief,. And they will give prospective, et cetera. But sometimes it's not a communication of information that's going on. You know, having lot i stress. Don't want i feel not don't know how to work with that
