What Are the Things to Look for in Platform Trials?
Are pre specified plans in place for interemint statistical analysis that are used in the trials? Were the pre specified plans applied equally to all interventions? Did he investigator include non compenyrin ize participants into the sisco analysis, or limit the analysis to the concurring randomize spatients? Was there a greater emphasis placed on the fin s of an interim analysis than overall trial findings? There clearly needs to be in place some rules for the data safety monitoring committee.
