I think i'm interested in food. T kind of depends on the turn around time on the food, since am not in one place all year round. I could see growing tobacco, possibly, if that is cosher your book scared the lowest sho'd out of me when it came to growing. There's called squarefoot gardening that's really good. And herbs are wonderful in that they don't need a lot of attention. Most of them are pretty tough. Some are annuals and ll die every year. Like basil, you have to replant every year. But many of them will recede or just up on their own again. The advantage of a raised bed is it's kind
