I Think the Easiest Way to Develop Your Leaders Is to Have Them Come Alongside You on a Wednesday Night

i'm using this as an opportunity for me to develop my leaders by having them come alongside me as i shop for the game supplies. Instead of just telling people to go do like come do it with me you know? People love to serve with other people and so if you just say like they can tell like oh you just want me to do this for you versus like hey you're here to coach you send them on their way, that's a good start.
