The Importance of Virtue

Virtue is a series of character traits, character dispositions that given certain conditions, you will act more or less in a certain way. So let's say we have an agreement that we're facing the problem and your solution to that problem is virtue. It's not a solution to the problem, it is a solution to how to cope with the problem. I think the problem itself is insoluble. But but I think there is a need for it.
