HAE - Is There a Treatment for HAE?

The typical triggers would include infections as well as localized trauma to that area. Patients who sometimes undergo dental treatment may actually develop a HAE flare at that specific region. In Singapore, we are using the intravenous form of treatment called baronet. It is essentially what we call a recombinant protein that replaces the deficiency of the specific enzyme called C1 in patients with HAE.
