The Gang Wars Aren't Organized, It's Just a Dumb Thing

The vast majority of qotanqot gang related homicides are not gang related. It's just like a dumb ing that somebody did, ontrepenurially, not hierarchically. Any threat to the status of that group is experienced as an individual threat. And then it just escalates into violence. I mean, there's all kinds of psychological and anthropological literature where you find this across cultures and in all kinds of different countries.
