How Do You Show Proof of Soft Skills?
A good example would be like someone who wants to say that they're really organized, right? That's a quote unquote soft skill or a people skill. So your bullet point could be like highly organized individual and like have it missed a deadline ever or like so it shows that you're organized because a really scattered person probably would miss a deadline or so that's kind of proof. But sometimes with resumes too, you can overthink it. Like you can like, simple is sometimes better. I don't need as many crazy, amazing, fancy words. It doesn't have to be more complicated than that.
