Doing Squats With a Lot of Weight Is a Good Idea
I think he makes a decent point about deadlifts and squats I'm like doing squats, but I have stopped doing squats with a lot of weight. Studies can often uh guide us and they can often Help us to identify the best strategy and avoid strategies which may be counter intuitive so yeah, I'm going to continue to pay attention touh studies, but then um studies are kind of skeptical.
