Coffee vs Wine Comparisons
Some coffee and wine comparisons are fair, but the problem is that there is a permeable boundary in coffee. Coffee buyers often ask producers to make coffee in a different way. A wine buyer would never go to a wine maker and suggest she make her wine in any different way. In wine, the boundary is solid. There is a ten foot thick stone wall between the wine buyer and the wine maker. But with coffee, the boundary on processing is tissue paper even if it exists at all.
