How Do You Get Your Drop Box Organized?

I obsessively organize my drop box, you know. And i have all these different folders within the folders, like old versions and everything. I feel like just being more open with my ideas to the guys instead of trying to hash out a schedule where i have to kind of do everything and then submit it to the guys for recording.
