How Do You Define an Offense Frame?

A lot of the time we think about frames as just managing distance, but there's also times when I'm on top and I create frames that create immobilization of my opponent. A V grip in the armpit from the bottom position is extremely effective because that's a very valuable frame for the person on, on the bottom. If you can intercept their hand and pin their wrist to the floor, specifically if let's say if I'm in half guard and I'm looking to start passing, a lot of thetime I try and pin the bottom wrist to the ground now.
