The Importance of Speaking Up
I've seen people come in to my own organization where they kind of start flailing a little bit. They don't want that perception to get kind of messed up. And so and then we're like, what happened to you the last two weeks? You know, and that becomes like a different sort of seed. Like when it could have been something like, Oh, no, we screwed up. We didn't give you the right documentation. I'm willing to bet that long term remote first would hurt at least the more junior folks. But I know that's a debate and a few people are now mad at me that I just said that probably.
