Google has changed the way it ranks web sites. The company is now using a new tool called 'lighthouse' to rank them based on speed and other barometers. Ed says people should be able to find what they are looking for as quickly as possible, but that doesn't always happen. He gives an example of buying a dishwasher: "The web set experience was absolutely atrocious"
