The Decline of Cigarette Use in the West

Cigarette smoking is on the decline in the West, says Dr Andrew Keen. But he asks how does it look in an international context to do people in developing countries still spend on cigarettes? Of 1.3 billion men and women that use tobacco regularly 80% are in lower middle income countries. Africa as a whole sub-Saharan Africa notably has the lowest rates of cigarette use in the world.
