Is There Any Ambition to Make India a Great Space Power?

The purpose of Israel is not to make money for India. It's to make India a major space power, if not the greatest space power. Nothing is being done on that front. In India, I'm showing no ambition to catch up. The Chinese are not some geniuses. There doesn't seem to be any vision. Where is Israel controlled from in the Indian government?I'm sure we can look it up, but yeah, let's not do it right now.
