The judge stopped for the day there, so the next day there'd be one defense argument and one rebuttal close. I think he probably did see some unfairness in giving the government the last word on that final day all by themselves. It kind of worked to cut it off there. So we ended that day, I thought on a really strong note, and then got to start the next day fresh with my closing. And knowing that I was going to go last, I had intentionally done a closing where I was making a lot of points that applied to the prosecution's case as well as mine.
