How to Invest in Real Estate
I'm pretty concentrated in real estate. Why that? I've always believed in it. It's nice to be able to go down and see an asset that you you own. Some of this venture stuff you invest and you don't, you're like, where is it? Yeah. What's it worth? It's like I haven't heard from them in seven years. You just get a K one every once in a while. So I'm kind of more risk adverse in that sense. And I have the exciting stuff, basics and things all in that realm. And then I have the boring stuff, which is real estate.
