The Future of Facilitation
I envy people who facilitate more often because that gives you a bit of edge and advantage. But then it's also a trade-off because especially for a workshop with all the dynamics, you can never be prepared for what's happening. I'm looking forward to the moment when I can step away from certain roles within the company and maybe get back into the facilitation world a bit more. Education needs to step up. Can we have more formal education here? Do we need it? That's also a question that does it need to be formalized or should it be part of every education that facilitation is something you need to learn about? Interesting questions here. More questions than answers
