i'm someone who loves workand from home. I can't imagine wanting to lease an office space and doing all those kind of things, plus the overhead that goes with that,. That's what i did. You can have w two, you can have full time to employ and have a remote culture like that. It encourages the team to find their own short cuts to get the job done better and faster.
