In general, i only look at three numbers when i build my first business model for any company: lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, total dressmal market. I think that's a advantage to my background, and i think it's one of the challenges right now in the marketing and finance intersection - they don't usually speak the same language. And so knowing how to show that lifetime value over custom acquisition costs as return on investment can stream line a lot of those conversations.
