Is There a Difference Between Formal and Informal Mentors?
i'm a big proponent of failure. I think it's a terribly a negative connitated word, but it means that you're growing. And when you're able to learn from somebody else's failures, it just makes you all that more intelligent in your journey to wherever you want to go. Can you give examples of formal and informal mentors? Yes. i would classify informal mentors as people's books who you read, broadcast that you follow, radio programmes you listen to, blogs you read.
