The Importance of Randomization

You can't spend more than three years at a team. The only way it would ever work would be if it was randomized though, because otherwise it would be unfair. I think every issue. If you want to change teams in between them and then the teams agree on it, they can. But you just can't stay longer than three years. That is enough. You don't need seven of them. It ain't going to happen if I ain't the king. Team me up. Imagine when we've got kids in like 20, 30 years and we're watching this with our kids and something you use will come about soon. We'd be saying this for a year on the board
