Walter Mosley: NATO expansion since end of Cold War was a topic for debate. He says the U.S. promised Gorbachev that it would not expand into Eastern Europe. But he says this policy has been abandoned in favor of limitless expansion of NATO military alliance, right up to Russia's borders. Mosley: This way inevitably lead to conflict with Russia because Russia wouldn't just sit back and passively allow it to happen.
