The team works very much in terms of everybody kind of taking on tasks that they need to do. But we did hire for specific skill sets when we tried to find people. The last time we spoke, i was independent, doing this all myself. And it turns out that taking all the things that make me me and trying to find those in other people is a relatively heavy lift - even if you discount the things like obnoxious on twitter.
