The History of the First Amendment
In the 1960s and 1970s, Supreme Court really gave us the First Amendment as we know it today. And I feel like we might be on the verge of getting a kind of similar, very, very generative period from the Supreme Court. Because you've got these cases in which social media platforms can be held liable for terrorism related content. The court has also just taken two cases involving the circumstances in which public official social media accounts are subject to the First Amendment.
