Is Culture the Inviolable Law?

Culture is just a way of being. It's how people act and do things, sometimes the culture gets assumed to be the inviolable law. Jesus was questioned again on another Sabbath issue here. He said unto them, Is it lawful on the Sabbath days to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?
