In some ways the work can be pretty similar but I feel like in tech you kind of have to Put on this sort of fake personality Especially as a woman in stem. There's just very much like a set path that people tend to follow and especially because it is sort of a mill dominated space. Jina has always been someone who's very open about her mental health and various different ways of dealing with her life And I think that kind of conversation will help us understand each other better.
