We've gone through a few things that they view for the breathing, particularly around helping the airway be a bit clearer after an ice bath. There is nothing which has a look at your breathing. What's your breathing rate? What's your heart rate variability rate at? Because it gives a much more clearer understanding because your anxiety can be caused through mouth breathing,. excessive breathing, all sorts.
