Spiritual fitness is a big part of helping us develop our leadership strength. It's important that we understand that there's something larger going on than the universe around us and i think that helps us keep grounded. Resilient energy can be an overused statement but it seems easier to identify someone who has positive energy then those with negative energy. There are plenty of people in the military whose physical fitness fails when they get out, so you need to work at being resilient.
