Montessori

In some cultures, and it's becoming a little bit more popular over here, they have a draw. You are given a draw and in the draw, there are lots of things for baby when it's your first child. But then the draw doubles up as a cart and you sleep your child in it. Well, we never used one. We did a floor bed, Montessori style, which is supposed to encourage independence in the child? Is that what you want though? Do you want your child independently just crawling around while you're asleep?
