Stop selling oil that we produce to other tries keep it all to ourselves, which we did for forty years until 20 15. Fracking had increased oil supplies dramatically in the us. Domestic refiners were then refining the oil but there was no band on finished product exports. So finished product exports went through the roof. State governors could potentially try to make thi stuff cheaper. And finally, cut taxes.
