There's only two possible ways, in my opinion, to dramatically change organizations. They're at different ends of the spectrum and they're employed at different times. The other is going back to that frog boil pot analogy. And as a consistent, slow sort of thing, they're neither good nor bad,. But I believe that those are basically the only two ways in which you can do it.
