Most of my information engine says bin or advising people on them has been in the e-commerce space. So if somebody has the ability to rate something, we'll say, well, let's use the easiest approach for explicit ratings. And we'll use an algorithm that can support that. What they'll find shortly after building their first couple of iterations of that and really looking at the recommendations for individual randomly chosen users is that there's excessive skew in how people rate things online.
