The Transfiguration of Jesus Christ
Jesus said to his disciples, Let these words sink into your ears. For the Son of Man is to be delivered into the hands of men. Jesus again foretells his death. A Samaritan village refuses to receive Jesus when he arrives in Jerusalem. The Transfiguration takes place about eight days after these sayings.
