The world is going to continue to use the assets they have to try to get out from underneath the oppression of the us dollar, says Brent Welle. The fact that russia is one of the biggest natural resource producing countries in the world gives them tremendous leverage. I don't think it gives them enough leverage to go rule the world but as it right now, they're not. And so i think you are going to see more of this on inside those two blocks, he adds.
