Even among Christians, I think you do need the post mill lens or you will be pessimistic and give up. There's a kind of toxic masculinity that promotes man made missions or definitions for success in life rather than God defined success or mission in your life. You should still be pro marriage even if you haven't found a godly spouse yet because the scriptures are scriptures present marriage and as normative for most people. So there's no guarantee that you will find a godly spouses but there are things you can do to take responsibility and go.
