But if people are squirreled away working on things, it's very easy for them to go down the wrong path and maybe eliminate something. So like having a team is good but it's also in a way misleading like that Chilean Navy thinglike having a team of experts. You really want more than just a team ofExperts - you really want to have it kind of open to everybody.
