Anxiety Slash Depression
A lot of upsetting events I'm working through are work related and performance anxiety related. When developing a strategy to treat anxiety slash depression, is it more effective to tackle the most recent experiences or an experience that appears to be like a landmark for the individual in the past? And is there anything different in approaching an experience from several years ago versus a more recent one? Neil: The first doesn't make any difference.
