Feeling Good Podcast | TEAM-CBT - The New Mood Therapy

CHAPTER

Anxiety Slash Depression

A lot of upsetting events I'm working through are work related and performance anxiety related. When developing a strategy to treat anxiety slash depression, is it more effective to tackle the most recent experiences or an experience that appears to be like a landmark for the individual in the past? And is there anything different in approaching an experience from several years ago versus a more recent one? Neil: The first doesn't make any difference. What event you choose to say to work the daily mood log? What are your negative thoughts? Because my work is really based on what's called fractal geometry. Any one moment of suffering contains all of your suffering in any five seconds period.
