How Do You Ensure Learning Takes Place Equitably in Your Classroom?
Students have to collaborate authentically, meaning get help and work with one another when they need it. So I think giving different ways for students to share their learning while working with groups also helps create more equitable learning. It's not necessarily about grading, but really just as a way to reflect. And thank you for clarifying about the cold call because I think that that's really important too.
