The Importance of Bigger Magnets in the Large Hadron Collider
The Large Hadron Collider is filled with tens of kilometers of these things, right? It's not a small device. But in order to get fast, you got to go big. Well, maybe talk a little bit about why it needs to be bigger. It's because of the limitations in the magnets that bend the path of the particles. Like if you can get stronger magnets or a better way to kind of curve the path of these particles, then you could have the same circle but just have the particles go faster in it.
