I think that's a great way to put it. What I'm hearing when you say that is that you don't have to get rid of your values in order to decrease shame. You just have toget rid of maybe what you're making it mean about you when you don't live up to whatever, or not live up. So instead of I view porn therefore I am bad because porn is really bad. Have you porn that didn't align with my values and that doesn't have to affect my worth as an individual or whatever. Mm cool. Okay, so tell us about the neuroscience.
