Using Mathematics to Argue for Your Positions
Philosophers use mathematics in order to argue for their positions. If there are truths out there that are about these non empirical entities, how can we access these truths? Because we're not talking out spatio temporal objects. So i've just listed a number of ah problems that realists about these different, different domains faced. Now the remarkable thing is that these problems are exactly the same no matter which of the domains we're talking about. But in the case of mathematics, even though these problems have not been answered fully yet, nobody really cares.
