The Hot Numbers Coffee

The drum is pre heated. You drop themass of coffee, which instantly kind of cool hs the temperature on the probe and then it slowy eaps up. So the rose profile will lok like a tick. And once we get a profile we like, we can dramatically change the taste of this coffee. We're going to test some of the coffees that we've got here.
