I love the way that you explain it in your social media I do my homework, I recently thought who I talk with and who we interview. The one thing that really appreciate in your writings and in your book is when you talked about the serotonin and the dopamine being affected by the gut flora. When they eat cause the bacteria to create something that can cause some mental issues and such. Butyrate seems to be the common factor in so much of the anti inflammatory diet like where is this beauty and that's made by the gut bacteria. And butyrate is a super super if we can bottle up butyrate and make it work the way it works in the gut.
