Pedro's Tattoo: I Love to Kill

In May 1973, Pedro is now 19 years old and he has already killed so many people. He's finally arrested and charged with 18 counts of murder. In prison, he uses smuggled weapons, homemade shivs and his own bare hands to continue killing. Many of his victims are convicted sex offenders, pedophiles and men who've harmed women and children.
